Orders can be made online, over the telephone, or even in person - whichever method suits you best.

Order Processing

When placing an order online please take note of stock availability:

  • When items are not expected in stock for some time detail of delivery dates is specified in the item description. Orders are still accepted and you will be kept informed of progress regularly.
  • Items which are temporarily out of stock are clearly marked in your cart. In this case we will still accept orders but delivery to you may be up to 10 business days away.
Once you have placed your order you will be sent a confirmation email. From this point on you will receive a progress email at each step up until the order is fully dispatched.

Changing or Cancelling your Order

If you have placed an order and need to change or cancel it then please Contact Us immediately. If we have not yet dispatched the order then it will be easy to sort out and you can expect a full refund if that is what you require. If the order has been dispatched then please refer to our Returns page.
