Shipping Shipping to all destinations within New Zealand is free. Knowing what it's like waiting for something you want right away we do our best to get your order delivered quicker than you might expect. Items that are in stock are dispatched on the same day as the order is placed or first thing the next business day. Fastway Couriers Most items ship via Fastway Couriers. Fastway Couriers deliveries typically take 1 business day to North Island and 2 business days to South Island destinations from the the time of dispatch - rural deliveries take up to 1 business day longer. To ensure successful delivery Fastway Couriers require a signature from the recipient. In the event that a delivery cannot initially be made Fastway Couriers will leave a card detailing how to arrange a redelivery or a depot collection. New Zealand Post Some small or low value items, especially those going to the South Island or rural addresses, are delivered by New Zealand Post. New Zealand Post deliveries typically take 2 business days to North Island and 3 business days to South Island destinations from the the time of dispatch. Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived soon enough for you then please do not hesitate to Contact Us in order to have the issue dealt with. If the delivery of your order fails you can request either a full refund or a replacement delivery via our Contact Us page. Saturday Delivery For customers who aren't at home Monday through Friday we can arrange for Fastway Couriers to deliver to certain destinations on Saturdays. Before you select 'Saturday Delivery' please ensure your delivery destination is listed here. The 'Saturday Delivery' service costs $5.00 including GST. Pick Up You are welcome to visit our premises in Miramar, Wellington to collect your order if you prefer. Please Contact Us to arrange a visit. International Orders Orders for delivery outside of New Zealand cannot generally be accepted.
